The diet includes whole, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein (organic/wild-caught poultry and fish), healthy fats and carbohydrates, and plenty of fluids. Recipes and meal plans are full of Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin C , Vitamin A and Selenium which are essential for optimal immune system function.
