Paleo Diet Weight Loss 14 Day Meal Plan $25
This is a classic paleo diet – clean animal proteins, nuts and vegetables. All grains, dairy and legumes excluded.

Keto Diet Weight Loss 28 Day Meal Plan $29
A Ketogenic diet consists of 60-75% (or higher) of calories from fat, 15-30% protein, 5-10% carbs and 30g or less of net carbs per day. The majority of this food plan consists for organic and wild-caught proteins and fish and whole-fat dairy.

Intermittent Fasting Weight Loss 14 Day Meal Plan $25
Intermittent Fasting or Time-Restricted Eating has many variations from consuming only liquids on specific days to severely reducing caloric intake on specific days to refraining from consuming foods during specific hours and consuming all your calories within a 6-to-8 hour window.

This plan follows the latter method.

Recent studies have shown that eating during shortened windows may help a body burn more fat, making it easier to lose weight and keep your weight at healthy level. Other benefits may include lower inflammation, lower risk of type 2 diabetes, lower risk of cancer, improved brain function, better heart health and improved immunity.

Follows guidelines for intermittent fasting with plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and healthy oils. Fish, poultry, whole grains and low-fat dairy are also included.
